Yes indeed.
Starting South Beach Diet today..
Breakfast:
Coffee w/ 1% milk
2 eggs, spinach and pepperjack cheese scramble
Hot lemon water and vitamins
snack:15 almonds
Lunch: romaine lettuce/1/2 bell pepper/spinach salad w/ olive oil and red wine vinegar
snack: 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese w/ cucumber and dill
dinner: Chicken breast and asparagus w/ mayo
dessert: no dessert
beautiful sunny day...high in the 50's
will walk 30 minutes with Dr. Oz and Frisco later...will let you know tomorrow
Drink Water :):):):):)
